I started revisiting a lot of the stuff that I never finished in college, mainly the snake and the eagle animation that I started in 2nd year. It was a good idea, but the animation was very weak.
Here is a new super rough cycle I drew out in an evening, I still need to adjust the hit and timing a bit, but you get the idea.
A painting I did for a friend of mine, a portrait of her baby. I was aiming for a mellow and serene pink, but it ended up drying darker than I thought and it made the whole picture look a little eerie.
Here is another Christmas gift for my best friend EK! I haven't drawn anything realistic in a while, and after drawing this I know I need a lot more practice. The eyes look a little lifeless and possibly lopsided, but despite all its faults i'm glad I got the nose pretty close....Lady Gaga is really hard to draw, and her face varies a lot from shot to shot.
I got the Prismacolor markers out again, and drew this picture of my mom's ducktoller dogs as a present for *yet to by named member of my family*. I'll be updating with a lot more pictures after Christmas so I don't ruin the surprise!
I revisited an old character that I made for my second year final animation (unfortunately it was never finished), and just had fun playing with the expressions. The old picture from years ago can be seen below.
